Maple Syrup Fudge

I may have mentioned before how much I love maple syrup.  It makes me want to visit Canada.  It's the sole reason for eating pancakes.  And there's nothing quite like having a maple latte in autumn. 

So imagine how thrilled I was when I was presented with this: Maple Syrup Fudge!  I recently enjoyed sampling Irn Bru Fudge, and I can't wait to see how the Maple Syrup Fudge compares.  I'm a little reluctant to open it until a very special occasion comes along...  There's also the fear that I'll get withdrawls when it's all eaten.  In order to combat this alarming worry, I have looked out an easy-looking recipe for the fudge.  If you try it, be sure to post a comment to let me know what it was like!
