Yes, friends, he is getting ever closer!  We are so looking forward to seeing our good friend, Alexander Koenders.  We are really thrilled that the weather is absolutely beautiful - I'm looking out the window as I type and see a glorious, pastel-shaded sunset.  The sun spills over the MacLeod's Tables, tinting them pale yellow.  Across the ocean are the distant hills of faraway islands, hazy and purple.  It's a lovely twilight - the kind where you expect to see dolphins! 

Let's hope the fine weather and gorgeous views keep up while Alexander is here!
